Another Success Story - Big Brothers Big Sisters Fundraiser!

It was an incredible day that started off a bit overcast, with a threat of rain.  We set up our BBQ and began the day like we had done before.  This time, it was a little different.  We noticed that things went more smoothly than they did in the past.  Everyone knew what had to be done.

At 8:30am, Jorge attended the Washington County Board of Realtors Tuesday morning tour meeting.  He invited all the Realtors to join us in raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Utah and then the magic happened!  Orville Lucus of American Family Insurance of St. George offered to pay for the first 50 lunches and the rest was history!

The support from the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Utah group was amazing.  We were introduced to the Big Brother of the year and educated about the program.  People kept coming and although it officially started at 11:30 am, it really began with the early morning donation.

We broke all of our records from BBQ's past.  Prado & Kramer vowed to match the lunch donations 100% and they did that and beyond!

In only 2 hours, with the Prado & Kramer match, we raised over $2100!  We will be presenting the organization with their check this Tuesday!  We will keep you updated.
