Mr. Kimball Shares His Foundation's Mission

Presenting The Check!

Today, at the Washington County Board of Realtors, we presented The Erin Kimball Foundation with the proceeds from the BBQ Fundraiser.  We raised $900 in two hours and Prado & Kramer Real Estate matched the entire donation for a total to the foundation of $1800!

Not bad for 2 hours worth of flipping hamburgers and mingling with all the supportive people that attended!

Mr. Kimball proudly accepted the check for $1800 and shared what the organization is about and what they have done to help the community. Currently there are 24 Adults and 56 children in the program and 13 of the adults are enrolled in Dixie State College.  What a great way to ensure their success in the future.  This organization has been helping individuals for the last 10 years and has provided over 15,000 nights of shelter!

If you would like more information about this organization, please visit their website at  www.ErinKimbal.org.

The Erin Kimball Foundation BBQ

On August 22, 2012, Prado & Kramer Real Estate held a BBQ Fundraiser for The Erin Kimball Foundation.  If you are not familiar with the foundation and what they do for the community at large, let us share with you.

The Erin Kimball Memorial Foundation provides transitional housing for families fleeing from domestic violence and directs them towards ending the cycle.  Its program provides housing assistance, allowing a time frame to gain emotional and financial stability in a safe environment.  It helps these families create a safety plan, provides life and job skills training, and refers them to many great community organizations where they can gain additional assistance.  It believes in personal advocacy and each family's right to choose their own direction through self-empowerment.

We are proud to support such an incredible organization and valued asset to the community!

Thank you to the Founders, Mr & Mrs Kimball for attending.  Also thanks to Mike Heaton and Marilyn Macomber for coordinating the event with Prado & Kramer Real Estate!
